The Uganda Martys History:
The Uganda martyrs, who were killed in the early years of Christianity in Uganda, have a significant impact on the Catholic community in Uganda. There were 45 martyrs, all men from the Baganda tribe aged between 14 and 50, who were executed by the King of Buganda from 1885 to 1887. Among them, 22 were Catholic and 23 were Anglican.
