OH GLORY! — A Concert of Negro Spirituals

There are songs that entertain us… and then there are songs that carry us.

Born from faith, struggle, hope, and an unshakable trust in God, the Negro Spirituals have told the story of a people who kept singing—even when the road was hard. On Sunday, November 1, we invite you to experience those sacred sounds during “Oh Glory!” — A Concert of Negro Spirituals at St. Alphonsus ‘Rock’ Catholic Church.

Join us for an afternoon featuring voices from across our community, including guest choirs, soloist Cortney Towns, The Voices of St. Alphonsus, and the St. Alphonsus ‘Rock’ Dance Ministry – Liturgical Leaders in Motion, with Caleb J. Camp serving as Griot/Master of Ceremonies.
